Return Policy

1. Conditions for Return

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Product is damaged or leaking at the time of delivery.

  • Incorrect product delivered (different from the one ordered).

  • Expired product received.

  • Spoiled or poor-quality ghee at the time of opening (with proof).

📌 Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to the perishable nature of ghee, we do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Product returned without original packaging.

  • Delay in raising a complaint (after 3 days of delivery).

  • Change of mind after receiving the correct product.

  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product.


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at [support@yourbrand.com] or WhatsApp us at [your number].

  2. Mention your Order ID and full name.

  3. Attach clear photos of the issue (damaged product, packaging, etc.).

  4. Provide a short description of the problem.

Once verified, we’ll guide you through the return process.


4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.

  • No refund will be issued if the return is not eligible after inspection.


5. Replacement Policy

If you prefer, we can offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on stock availability. Please mention your preference when raising your return request.


6. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product), we will bear the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to other reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.


7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the product is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

  • To cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email.
