Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving full payment.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
In case of delays (due to festivals or high demand), you will be notified via email or WhatsApp.
2. Delivery Areas
We currently ship across:
All major cities and towns in India.
If your pin code is non-serviceable, we’ll inform you promptly and issue a full refund.
📌 International shipping is not available at the moment.
3. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted courier services like Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery of your ghee.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 2–4 working days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 working days
Remote Areas: 5–10 working days

5. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹[your threshold amount].
For orders below that amount:

6. Packaging
All products are packed with leak-proof, food-safe packaging to ensure freshness and safety during transit.
Fragile items (like glass jars) are wrapped securely to prevent damage.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email or WhatsApp.
You can track your shipment anytime through our “Track Order” page or directly on the courier partner’s website.
8. Delivery Issues
If your order is:
Delayed: Please allow up to 48 hours after the expected date before reaching out.
Damaged or missing: Contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos and your order ID.
Returned to sender: We’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund (shipping charges may apply).
